Expressing Concerns and Complaints about ASCLD/LAB

ASCLD/LAB takes seriously concerns and complaints from its customers and other interested parties.  Customer and other interested parties have the right to file complaints about ASCLD/LAB activities and/or operations.

Receipt of documented complaints will be acknowledged in writing to the all complaining parties within 20 business days.

• If you would like to report a complaint about ASCLD/LAB activities and/or operations please file your complaint by either electronic or written format to the Executive Director:
