Voluntary Withdrawal of ASCLD/LAB Accreditation
A crime laboratory may request voluntary withdrawal of accreditation due to laboratory closure or other reasons (i.e., merger, loss of personnel, etc). The following laboratory's have voluntarily withdrawn from accreditation.
